The use of the piston coffee maker is very simple:

• heat about 20 cl of water.
• Pour a full tablespoon of ground coffees into the coffeemaker
• Pour the water on
• Stir with a spoon and position the lid in the up position while brewing.
• Allow 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the desired force, and gently lower the plunger to trap the marc at the bottom of the container.

The coffee maker with piston allows a more complete extraction of the aromas of the coffee.

It should be noted, however, that the resulting coffee will be more full-bodied than traditional filter coffee, but less so than with an Italian mocha coffee machine. The piston coffee machine also allows a more complete extraction of the best aromas of coffee.
